Where Have Jeff Prosises Videos Gone

VWD 2005 Express. I purchased the Visual Web Developer 2005 Express Edition for Dummies book. It has a DVD with training material. On the DVD it has links to Jeff Prosise's videos on Web Forms, State Management, Security, etc. When I click the links I get a "Page cannot be found" error. When I searched the net for these, I found them at:

However, the links there also lead to "Page not found."

Does anyone know where I can find these videos? Thanks for any help.
